We all know what healthy living looks like, what it feels like. And it can seem like a healthy life will be hard to grasp, especially if you’re busy. Here’s the simple prescription for a healthy life: spend some time outside.
That’s it — just spend a few minutes every day filling your chest with fresh, delicious, outside air. Well, that’s probably not all of it. Spending time outside is going to inspire you to take future actions and eventually make other small changes. But it’s the right place to start. Before you start optimizing your diet and exercising and sleeping 8 hours a night, before you catch up on that doctor’s appointment you’ve been putting off, just start with a nice walk outside.
